Social Impact
Focused on capacity building programmes targeting fresh graduates having technical educational background passionate to acquire the requisite skills and expertise to kick-start their career in Cyber Security domain. These programmes were focussed on skilling and uplifting the youth belonging to economically weaker families residing in India.
Specialised Engineering Programme
Set up a formal Cyber Security undergraduate engineering program in collaboration with IT pioneers to develop content, courseware, the setting of labs, Train-the-trainer, webinars, and seminars for students with a view to making them aware of the sophisticated engineering techniques and practices. We also conducted T3 sessions for faculties to enhance their expertise and knowledge.
Recruitment
Provided assistance and support to leading multinational consulting organizations, Big 4s and global IT giants in the identification, assessment, and recruitment of talent at all levels across various skill sets. We started industry readiness boot camps for fresh talent who wish to kick start their career in the cyber security domain leading to employment. We also recruited students from IITs and NITs and imparted effective Cyber Security training as per the industry requirements.
Awareness Programme
Developed Cyber Security awareness digital content, workshops and role-based training for many aviation industries in India. Through this program, everyone in these organizations adhered the appropriate level of know-how about security, policy, procedures, norms, and standards along with an appropriate sense of responsibility with a view to save them from any sort of disruption.
National Occupational Standard
Developed National Occupational Standards (NOS), describing best practices by bringing together performance criteria, knowledge, and skills pertaining to a job role in the cybersecurity domain. Worked with NASSCOM’s Cyber Security Initiatives to develop Qualification Pack (QP) for various Cyber Security courseware and worked with National Skill Development Corporation to formulate a skill framework standardized across skill initiatives of government across PAN India.
